The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with their kindness and helpfulness shining through. The dining experience offers delicious and beautifully presented meals, albeit at a reasonable charge for some locations. However, the initial room temperature in early March might be a bit cold, and at times, rooms were not ready upon arrival.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. My room had a small Portuguese balcony and a double-glazing balcony door that effectively reduced the street noise. Being situated on the top floor, I enjoyed a lovely view and surprisingly peaceful nights, despite facing the street. The room was cozy and sufficient for me, but it might be a bit tight for a couple with large luggage.
